What this service does
This site converts PDF bank statements into spreadsheet and accounting formats. The conversion runs in your browser.
Accuracy
The converter cross-checks its output against your statement's running balance where one is present, and shows you the result. It is still your responsibility to check the figures before relying on them — particularly before submitting anything to HMRC, a lender, or an accountant. The free tier exists precisely so you can check the output before paying. No warranty is given that extraction will be complete or correct for every statement layout.
Payment
Conversions are paid for in page credits. One credit converts one page, so a two-page statement costs two credits and a twelve-page statement costs twelve. Five credits are granted free on first use.
A pack of 50 page credits costs £9.99 as a one-off payment and does not expire. A Pro subscription costs £24.99 a month and adds 500 page credits on each renewal; it continues until cancelled, which you can do at any time from the link in your Stripe receipt. Credits already bought remain yours if a subscription ends.
Credits are only deducted after a conversion succeeds. If a statement cannot be read, nothing is charged. Where your balance will not cover a statement, the opening pages are converted free as a preview so you can check the figures before buying, and no credits are taken.
Refunds
If the converter did not produce a usable result, you get a full refund — just ask. Because the free tier lets you check the output first, this should rarely be necessary.
Access
Your licence is stored in the browser you bought it in. Clearing your browser data will remove it. Keep your Stripe receipt so access can be restored.
